The energy of summer is beginning to wane, but we are still in the midst of it. This is a great time to prioritize YOU and your well-being. Join this five day email based Self-Care Summer Camp to create more focus and engagement around your self-care practices.

Join this FREE five-day email based Self-Care Summer Camp, where you'll immerse yourself in the art of self-care in small and effective doses to fit into your busy days.

Taking care of yourself is a vital component of well-being. This program is designed to fit into your schedule and inspire you to integrate self-care throughout your days. You will be invited to engage in self-care through daily email inspiration, reflection, invitations, and prompts all designed to help you actively practice self-care and feel rejuvenated, resourced, and cared for throughout your day, week, and hopefully month.

For the experience, you will receive an email each morning (in the Americas) with some suggested self-care practices that I recommend practicing for at least 10 minutes per day. If you need to break them up into 2 minute increments, or even 30 second increments, to fit them in, then do just that. Part of integrating effective self-care is making it work for you, which we will be exploring more throughout this week.

What to expect?

  • Five daily email communications with self-care resources, inspiration, meditations, prompts, invitations for action, and/or reflections

  • Practical insight, tips, and tools to incorporate self-care seamlessly into your routine

  • A recap of the five day experience, reviewing the week and including additional prompts and invitations for you to consider as you continue on your self-care journey
