Life can be experienced in many ways, and I have experienced a few of them. One way is through fear, anxiety, control, and the need for certainty, which can lead to people-pleasing, scarcity, and a lack of identity and self-knowledge.
I have also learned that there is another way to experience life. One where we go inside and explore ourselves with curiosity, compassion, and kindness. Through self-discovery, we can move beyond fear and discover our true selves and let go of our perception of the world’s expectations and our coping mechanisms.
